Thöni honours longstanding employees

41 employees celebrating anniversaries and ten retirees were honoured for their achievements or bid farewell to their well-earned retirement, 19 apprentices were awarded prizes for their successes and performance badges and eight apprentices were presented with certificates for successfully passing their final apprenticeship exams.

Employees at the Telfer company who have been with the company for ten years or more are honoured at the annual celebration. „One of the best occasions for which a company can come together,“ said Helmut Thöni, Managing Partner, at the beginning of his speech, praising the commitment of the 41 honoured workers and employees – including 13 employees who have been with the company for 30 or 35 years and 15 who have been with the company for at least 15 years. He expressed his special thanks for their great commitment. Without the flexibility and commitment of each individual, it would not have been possible to cope with the tasks in the difficult environment of recent years with the pandemic, supply chain problems, price increases and the war in Ukraine. Helmut Thöni was convinced that the company is well positioned and will be able to overcome the challenges ahead thanks to this strong team spirit. He also thanked the ten loyal employees who were retiring.

In addition to being honoured by the company, the jubilarians were also praised for their commitment and thanked for their important contribution to the Tyrolean economy by LRin Dr Cornelia Hagele, Oswald Wolkenstein, WK Tirol, Gerhard Hödl, Member of the Board of the Tyrolean Chamber of Labour of the Chamber of Commerce, Managing Director of IV Tirol DI (FH) Michael Mairhofer and Deputy Mayor of Telfs Dr Johannes Augustin.
