Our application process
Step 1: Application
Apply for our vacancies via various job portals, directly on our careers page or by email to job@thoeni.com. You can also send us a speculative application at any time – we welcome motivated individuals who want to join our team. Ideally, please include a cover letter and relevant references with your CV so that we can review your application in a more targeted manner.
Step 2: Telephone interview
If your profile matches the advertised position, you will receive a phone call from a member of our HR department. We will discuss your wishes, expectations and the opportunities available at our company.
Step 3: Interview
If everything fits, we will invite you to a personal interview. We would like to get to know you better and give you an honest insight into the position and the company.
Step 4: Final round
The managers of the department will also be present in the final round. The aim is for us to get a comprehensive picture of each other and for you to gain a concrete idea of the area of responsibility.
Step 5: Contract offer
If both sides are satisfied, you will receive a contract offer from us and we look forward to signing it – the start of your career at Thöni.

Apprenticeship
Start your career with an apprenticeship at the Thöni Academy in Telfs! Over a period of 3.5 to 4 years, our top trainers will provide you with individual support, ensuring that learning is fun and that you gain practical experience on modern machines and systems. This is the ideal way to get started with us in an international environment after completing your final apprenticeship examination.
